Independent Batching Plant Certification as Per Indian Standards

Our independent batching plant certification service includes batching plant audit to ensure that facilities, equipment, materials, material handling, production control, concrete mix design, production, testing facilities, control on the quality of concrete ingredients, final product, delivery, control and maintenance of process control equipment and delivery/mixer trucks have met the minimum prescribed qualifications and that the proper “capability” of producing quality concrete as per Indian Standards.

The RMC Plants Certification Scheme has two options for certification, one being ‘RMC Capability Certification’ and other being ‘RMC 9000+ Capability Certification’, the latter ensuring compliance to the requirements of ISO 9001 also in addition to the QCI Scheme requirements. RMC Plant must comply with the requirements to get certified under the schemes.
